Blizzard Enterprise was founded in 2006 by Harold Blizzard, a veteran independent filmmaker who starred in several his own films, including “Taylor’s Law,” “Homicide,” and “Killer From Space.”  He has recently promoted and taken in Street Souljas Productions, even starring in many of their recent projects.
